He is not only recognized as a "top-performer" for his clientele, but also consistently ranks among the top one half percent of residential Real Estate Brokers in the Nashville area, and is now averaging over $80,000,000 in annual Real Estate sales. A native of Pennsylvania, Darin Cunningham moved to Nashville to work in real estate in 2003. In his first month in the business, Darin sold 12 homes. Soon, he was leading the office in sales, and was teaching other brokers, establishing lead generation techniques, developing scripts and creating a training program for new agents, along with a tracking system that put his team consistently in the top 5 percent of all local Realtors.
Darin and his wife, Christina, are highly specialized in luxury new homes and have a strong team of 7 agents whose specialties cover all bases of the Real Estate industry. They have served as exclusive Brokers for some of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Greater Nashville area and represent many of Nashville’s most notable custom home builders.
